Day 03 of 30
"Every time I hired fast, I paid for it slow"
— Mark, HVAC, 36 years, SC
Mark didn't learn that from a book. He learned it from a year when revenue was $907,000 and profit was $55,000. One wrong hire. One slow spiral. One lesson he never forgot.
When you look at your team right now, is there a decision you're circling around that you already know the answer to
Just hit reply. Three minutes is all it takes.

Yeah, actually.
There's someone I've been considering for six weeks. I keep telling myself I need the help, the schedule is full and I'm turning down jobs. But every time I sit across from this person something feels off. I can't explain it. They have the experience on paper.
I think I've known for a while they're not right. I just keep hoping I'm wrong because I need the help.
Is that what you mean?
