Once a new SME owner comes in through the diagnostics, each passes through three filters, Relevance, Readiness, Resonance. This helps us match them to the right veteran SME.
30/90-day email schedule
Low effort, high frequency. Owners already live in their inbox. A daily prompt takes three minutes. No new app, no new behaviour, the habit fits where they already are.
Anticipatory Score
The final report mirrors the owner's own growth back to them, tracking decisions named, signals read, and behaviour changes across the sequence. Progress made visible.
Diganostic Toolkit
Inspired from Thinkertoys*
As small business owners enter the system, they are provided with a low-stakes, effective questionnaire inspired by Michael Michalko's Thinkertoys. These are simple prompts that push owners to set a vision for their own businesses.
There are currently six questions prompting the business owners to fill it either physically or digitall. Once that's done, they go through a veteran matching process and can choose either a 30 or 90-day engagement model.
